Beyond Academics

From college mindset to corporate-ready.

Beyond Academics is a 10-day, half-day facilitator-led programme (9am–1pm, 4 hours per session) built for final-year college students making the jump from campus to career. It's delivered directly at colleges, entirely through activity and practice — not lecture.

The Curriculum

What it covers

Day 1

The 3C's Architecture

Discover how life outcomes are shaped by the choices you make, the opportunities you seize, and the changes you embrace. Learn to take ownership of your future instead of leaving it to chance.

Day 2

Rewiring the Belief System

Explore how early experiences, societal conditioning, and limiting beliefs influence behaviour, aspirations, and career decisions. Students learn to identify and challenge self-limiting thought patterns.

Day 3

De-Biasing the Brain

Develop critical thinking by understanding common cognitive biases and decision-making errors. Students learn to make more rational, informed, and objective choices.

Day 4

Say It So It Lands

Express ideas with clarity, listen actively, and communicate with impact. Students leave with a method they can use on Monday — in a viva, an interview, or the first email they send a manager.

Day 5

The Strategic Mind: Find the Real Problem

Develop the ability to think beyond immediate problems and understand the bigger picture. Students learn structured problem-solving, systems thinking, and strategic decision-making.

Day 6

Career Engineering

Gain insights into career planning, personal branding, workplace expectations, professional relationships, and skill development required for long-term career growth.

Day 7

Radical Accountability

Apply learning through a real-world simulation that challenges students to think, collaborate, make decisions, and take ownership of outcomes in complex situations.

Day 8

Handling Pressure

Learn practical strategies to manage stress, self-doubt, performance pressure, and uncertainty. Students build emotional resilience and confidence in challenging situations.

Day 9

Getting In

Your introduction is the first thing a panel judges — and most students waste it. Get In teaches you to build a clear identity, introduce yourself so it sticks, and stand out in a GD for the right reasons. Practised live, in mock interviews.

Day 10

Getting Going

Thriving in the crucial first 90 days at the first job — workplace communication, professional conduct, prioritisation under pressure, and using AI as a work partner.

The Method

How It Works

1

Assess

Identify the specific habit, decision pattern, or mindset to change.

2

Learn

Work through frameworks grounded in behavioural science.

3

Apply

Practice with real scenarios and structured exercises, not just theory.

4

Sustain

Build systems and check-ins that keep the change in place long-term.
